NPR

A focus on healthy materials and the upcycling of materials was a priority for this LEED ID+C Gold certified NYC space for NPR. Additionally, the project prioritized the reduction of operational carbon by installing daylight controls, occupancy sensors and specifying 90% energy star certified equipment.
